Is this a subscription?
Yes. Favourite Stranger is a recurring monthly subscription that renews automatically, with one-time purchase options also available.
When do subscriptions close?
Subscriptions close on the 20th of each month for the following month’s drop. Orders placed after the 20th will roll into the next cycle.
For example, an order placed on May 18 will receive June’s mail, while an order placed on May 22 will receive July’s mail.
When will my order ship?
Orders are packed and sent after the 20th of each month, once that month’s cutoff has closed. You’ll receive an email when your mail has been posted.
Will tracking be included?
No, tracking is not included. Orders are sent via standard letter post to keep shipping simple and affordable.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can cancel anytime before your next billing date.
Can I buy a one-month pass instead?
Yes, there is also a one-time purchase option for a single monthly drop, separate from the subscription.
Do designs repeat?
Most items are exclusive to each month and may not return once sold out.
Is this handmade?
Yes. Everything is designed, packed, and sent by me.

What happens if I order after the 20th?
Orders placed after the 20th will be included in the following month’s mail cycle.
What if I need to change my address?
If you need to update your address, please do so before your order is shipped. Once your mail has been posted, we’re unable to change delivery details.
What if my mail doesn’t arrive?
If your mail hasn’t arrived after a reasonable delivery period, please get in touch, and I’ll do my best to help.
When am I charged?
You are charged when you first subscribe, and then automatically each month unless you cancel.
