Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Favourite Stranger Club offers both one-time purchases and recurring monthly subscriptions.

Monthly Subscription

By purchasing a monthly membership, you agree to recurring monthly billing. Your subscription will automatically renew each month unless cancelled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. If your current month’s order has already been prepared, your cancellation will apply to the next month’s drop.

Subscription Cut-Off

Subscriptions close on the 20th of each month for the following month’s drop. Orders placed after the 20th will automatically roll into the next cycle.

One-Time Purchases

One-time purchases do not renew automatically and are fulfilled as individual orders.

Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of handmade and limited edition items, all sales are final. Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not accepted unless your order arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there's an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
